Cruising Director(s) needed. CMA would like to sponsor events for our cruising members; swap-meet cookouts, day sails, gunkholing, weekend raft-ups or long distance destination cruising. We’re looking for director(s) to give member cruisers and their crews an excuse to slip the lines for a day, weekend or longer of impromptu racing, picnics, or exploring one of the many charming towns on the Bay for a weekend.
If you’re so inclined, share your plans with cruising members here. The Bay is perfect multihull cruisers. Distant destinations are feasible is less time and skinny water affords quiet anchorages. These two points alone add up to hundreds of cruising opportunities on the Chesapeake Bay.
